In 2003, he co-founded Sanchez-Medina, Gonzalez, Quesada, Lage, Crespo, Gomez & Machado, LLP. Located in Coral Gables, Florida, his law firm is dedicated to handling commercial litigation and business transactions, including corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate purchases and sales, and estate planning.

Mr. Sanchez-Medina also makes time to give back to his local community. In 2010, he won the Golden Eagle award from the Florida Minority Community Reinvestment Coalition, Inc.
