S. LaRue Williams is a managing member of Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle, P.L., a Daytona Beach law firm serving clients throughout the central Florida region. As an attorney, Mr. Williams offers more than 35 years of experience in the areas of construction and surety law, business litigation, and real estate development and transactions. He is a board certified specialist in construction law, business litigation law, and civil trial law, certified by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He is also certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Williams remains a very active member of several national and statewide construction related professional organizations, contributing his experience to various initiatives, holding leadership positions and routinely speaking at seminars on lien law and other construction and surety related topics for various organizations. He has successfully handled hundreds of construction and surety law issues in state and federal courts over the course of his career and has arbitrated construction disputes throughout the United States. He also serves as arbitrator in construction and surety disputes as either the sole arbitrator, or as a member of a panel.
