Mr. Mandelbaum practices extensively in both civil litigation and international business law, and is the only Florida attorney certified by The Florida Bar in both specialty practice areas. He has a top rating of AV in the national Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (the highest peer rating for legal ability and ethical standards) and is listed in Who's Who in American Law for Outstanding Achievement in Civil Litigation. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Maritime Law Association and the International Insurance Society and has chaired the U.S. Department of Commerce's District Export Council for the West Florida Region since 1995.
