Profile

Mr. Dobson is a founding member of Dobson, Davis & Smith, a Tallahassee-based firm specializing in criminal, civil, and administrative litigation. He is an Honors graduate of Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Dobson has served as Special Agent Supervisor and Inspector for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and he represented the United States as an Assistant United States Attorney. His practice focuses largely on the avoidance and defense of criminal prosecution, particularly in the area of white collar crime. As such, he has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in both state and federal matters, such as allegations or investigations pertaining to health care, tax, and securities fraud, and alleged public corruption.
