His practice includes United States and International tax and estate planning advice and implementation; United States tax compliance advice; the representation of businesses or individuals being investigated by or in tax controversies against the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Justice, civilly or criminally; legal advice relating to the creation, operation and termination of joint ventures and partnerships; the negotiation and preparation of shareholders agreements, operating or partnership agreements, buy sell agreements, management agreements and other contracts; representation in the acquisition, financing, development, operation and disposition of real estate; and mergers and acquisitions.
