Mr. Peretz handles all aspects of intellectual property law litigation, including cases involving trademark, trade dress, copyright, patent, trade secret, and misappropriation of proprietary information. He has served as lead trial counsel, co-counsel, local counsel, and special counsel in IP law cases and matters. He has also served as a mediator in IP law matters.
Mr. Peretz frequently lectures at CLE-approved seminars, including most recently "The Use of Survey Evidence in Intellectual Property Law Cases" presented at the Florida Bar's First Annual IP Law Symposium in Tampa in March 2010.
His outside interests include flying as an instrument-rated pilot, an activity he finds easier than hitting a 4-iron.
