Stewart G. Greenberg has dedicated his professional career to representing those severely injured at the hands of another in general negligence, truck accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and defective product cases. Since graduating from New York University in 1976 and the University of Miami School of Law in 1979, Greenberg has handled well over 4,000 cases, taken over 100 cases to trial verdict, and recovered numerous substantial settlements and verdicts for his clients. He is a member of both the Florida Bar and the New York Bar. Greenberg's peers in the legal community have honored him an AV Preeminent* rating every year since he first became eligible in 1989, and he has been named to both Who's Who in American Law and America's Pre-eminent Lawyers. In addition to practicing law, Greenberg has maintained a strong presence in his community, serving on the board of directors for the Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Organization (JAFCO) and as president of Bet Shira Congregation.
