Susan Delegal practices local government and land use law. She represents local governments in transactional and litigation matters and also represents community redevelopment agencies and community development districts. Ms. Delegal represents clients before agencies of local and state government and the state and federal courts on land use and zoning matters including major residential and commercial developments, comprehensive plan amendments, and developments of regional impact. A graduate of the University of Florida, Ms. Delegal is a former County Attorney for Broward County. She is recognized by The Florida Bar as a Board Certified City, County, and Local Government Lawyer. She is also past president of the Florida Association of County Attorneys.
