Mr. Edwards' practice includes all types of personal injury and commercial litigation, including nursing home, medical malpractice, insurance litigation, products liability, commercial torts, and breach of fiduciary duty cases. A Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1991, Mr. Edwards is President of the Florida Justice Association and past President of the Jacksonville Bar, Jacksonville Trial Lawyers Association, and ABOTA Jacksonville, and is a current member of the Florida Supreme Court's Civil Jury Instructions Committee as well as the Business Jury Instructions Committee. Mr. Edwards received his J.D. from Stetson University and his B.A. from the University of the South.
