Education and Background
Mr. Korn received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Journal of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Korn attended the Brandeis University School of Arts and Sciences on the Justice Louis D. Brandeis Merit Scholarship, and graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and as University Scholar (First in Class).
Mr. Korn is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is also a member of the Collier County Bar Association, a member of the Committee on Professional Discipline for the New York State Bar Association, and is a former member of the Legal Committee overseeing the Pelican Bay Foundation.
