Cone Lifetime Achievement Award 2002; the Justice Raymond Ehrlich Award 2007; Trial Lawyer of the Year, Florida Chapter, American Board of Trial Advocates 2003. He chairs the Florida Federal Judicial Nominating Commission’s Middle District Conference, and has chaired the Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee.
