Bill Schifino has extensive experience litigating and arbitrating complex business disputes before Federal and State Courts, NYSE and NASD, now known as FINRA. He concentrates his practice on securities, intellectual property, employment, and general business tort litigation. Mr. Schifino is certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in business litigation. Mr. Schifino also has significant experience representing businesses in various stages of growth, assisting in strategic planning, corporate expansion and exit strategies. He is involved in many community and professional activities, having served as the President of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and member of the 13th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. Mr. Schifino is presently the managing partner of the firm.
