Malone Law is dedicated to the ethical representation of those who have been seriously injured or killed by the carelessness of others. CALLED TO SERVICE
Malone Law is driven by a calling to serve its clients and society as a whole. Tommy and his son, Adam, strive in everything they do to be worthy of that calling. While they have particular expertise in brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations and injuries to children, their areas of focus cover the gamut of serious injuries. Tommy’s leadership, experience and talent has resulted in many record-setting recoveries for victims and their survivors, including a $45 million verdict against an HMO for a child who suffered amputations of his arms and legs, and a $22.8 million verdict for the traumatic brain injury of a woman struck by a bus. Adam recently obtained a $24.5 million verdict for the unnecessary and preventable amputation of a 14-year-old athlete’s right leg. Together, Tommy and Adam have recovered millions to provide necessary medical care, replace lost income and to help compensate for the lost quality of life for those who suffered from tractor-trailer wrecks, fires and explosions, airplane crashes and medical negligence.
DEDICATION
Monetary compensation for their clients does not stand alone as testament to the Malones’ dedication—educating others is part of their mission. Tommy has published two books on trial practice, and the duo frequently lecture and write articles for their colleagues. “We strive to give back to better the profession,” says Tommy.
LEADING THE WAY
When Tommy entered the practice of law more than 40 years ago, he took on cases that others considered impossible to win because of prejudice against victims and bias in favor of the rich and powerful. Careful case selection and dedication ensure all clients are given the benefit of all the resources Malone Law has to offer. “When cases are properly prepared for trial, settlement is the option chosen by many insurance companies who would rather not face our team in court,” says Adam.
