Bryan Baer concentrates his practice on business torts, plaintiffs' personal injury, and trademarks and copyrights. He typically finds himself representing individuals and privately held businesses. Bryan has tried cases in metro Atlanta and south Georgia. Bryan graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1996 with a degree in economics and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. During law school, Bryan was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Bryan is active in the Atlanta Bar Association, serving as Chair of the Atlanta Bar's CLE Board in 2009-2010.
