Amy Bray is part of the Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group of Andersen, Tate & Carr. Ms. Bray focuses her practice on community association law, specifically drafting the governing documents for homeowners associations, condominium associations, and commercial associations, including mixed use, "green", and age-restricted community documents. Ms. Bray has extensive experience in negotiating and resolving complex covenant and easement issues in developments throughout the Country. She is trained mediator, and is able to bring this wealth of knowledge to the table in resolving association disputes.I  n addition, she has experience with "green building" issues in both development and community association contexts, including the drafting of contracts for LEED Guideline certified buildings and developments.

Transactions: Thomas J. Andersen and Amy H. Bray closed two separate bond transactions financing student housing and student center construction projects at Georgia Gwinnett College, 2009, On October 31, 2007, our clients closed on the sale of the Beltline property for $66,000,000.00 to NE Corridor Partners, LLC.   Mrs. Bray joined in shortly before the closing of the transaction to help resolve complex title issues.  This transaction made the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Dealmakers" 2007 list, 2007, Purchase of the "Atlanta Beltline" property by a private investor group from Norfolk Southern.  Represented the private investor group.  The deal was awarded the "Land Deal of the Year 2004" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, 2004
