Mr. Zipperman has been representing businesses for more than 35 years. His areas of practice include business and corporate law, medical practice law, commercial real estate and business litigation.  Mr. Zipperman has extensive experience and years of hands-on expertise in the areas of business formation, structure and capitalization, contracts of all kinds, business sales, acquisitions and mergers, and resolution of conflicts among business partners and between businesses and their customers, creditors, employees and governmental entities. Mr. Zipperman has expertise in representing medical care providers in Stark self-referral, anti-kickback and corporate practice of medicine issues.  His personal experience as a real estate owner and developer also gives him a unique perspective as an entrepreneur and expertise in representing clients in real-estate-related businesses. Mr. Zipperman graduated cum laude both from Vanderbilt University and University of Georgia Law School.
