Benjamin I. Fink is a shareholder in Berman Fink Van Horn P.C. Ben concentrates his litigation practice on disputes involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and other competition-related matters. Ben also has extensive experience in representation of clients in other types of business, commercial, and employment-related disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, discrimination claims, internal corporate and partnership disputes, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and securities fraud claims. Ben is a 1992 graduate of Emory University School of Law and a 1989 graduate of Duke University.
