Bryan C. Ramos is the founding attorney of The Ramos Law Firm, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. In his trial practice, Mr. Ramos focuses exclusively on handling Georgia workers' compensation claims and related issues involving injured workers in the Atlanta metro-area and statewide. Mr. Ramos possesses significant trial and mediation experience before the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation. He has been awarded an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Ramos holds an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Macon. He is admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, Federal Northern District Court and Supreme Court of the United States. He is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation issues and his legal articles have been published in several national and regional magazines. Most recently, Mr. Ramos was selected as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Asian-Americans in Georgia by the Georgia Asian Times for 2011 and continues to be a special assistant to the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Atlanta.
