A founding member of McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols & Clark, Carol V. Clark founded Carol Clark Law in 2006, a firm specializing in general litigation, commercial and real estate matters, with emphasis on creditors' rights, mortgage banking, construction, mediation, and contracts. A Double Dawg alumnae of the University of Georgia in 1976, Ms. Clark chaired the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Section, was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and is a well known speaker and writer. Her commitment is to provide top service through a practical approach to dispute resolution. Her faith and philosophy of giving back has been a hallmark of her career.
