Charles Kuck is the immeidate Past National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Georgia, and the Managing Partner of Kuck Immigration Partners LLC -- the Immigration Law Firm. Mr. Kuck practices in all areas of business, family, and removal-based immigration law, including federal court litigation. Within the federal courts, he holds DHS accountable for lost time and money on delayed cases. Mr. Kuck is Editor-in-Chief of the AILA Litigation Toolbox, served on the Board of Directors for the Latin American Association, and has received the Catholic Social Services' Pro Bono Award.
