Christopher H. Elliott has distinguished himself and focused his practice in the areas of Family Law and Domestic Litigation.  A 1999 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Chris has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience during his nine years at Caldwell & Watson, having repeatedly been recognized in Atlanta and Georgia Super Lawyers magazines as one of the premier divorce attorneys in the state.With an emphasis on Family Law, Chris has committed his legal career to assisting clients in negotiating the emotional and often volatile terrain of divorce proceedings, modifications of custody and support, contempt actions, paternity and legitimation suits, cases involving guardian ad litem and psychologist custody evaluations, parental rights termination cases, as well as third party custody matters including grandparent visitation and custody actions.Chris has realized the personal reward and satisfaction of advocating the rights of individuals in this challenging and highly specialized filed, and has quickly earned the reputation of a skilled, tenacious, and successful advocate.Chris received his B.S. in 1996 from Oklahoma State University and was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in 1999.  Chris is a member of the American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
