David's practice focuses on business litigation, general civil litigation and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on product liability class actions and securities litigation. He has been acknowledged by numerous state and federal courts for his experience in multi-state and nationwide class cases. In the past four years he has been appointed to serve as Lead Class Counsel and Class Counsel by federal and state courts across the country in eight nationwide cases, all eight of which have been successfully litigated and have resulted in the recovery of over $130 million for his clients thus far. David received his law and MBA degrees from the School of Law and the Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
