Dave Leonard has over 25 years of experience in handling civil litigation, arbitration, and negotiation of disputes, including general commercial litigation, complex insurance and reinsurance coverage and bad faith claims, technically-oriented and engineering disputes, fiduciary liability, and other professional liability litigation. A member of the firm's Insurance, Business Litigation, and Intellectual Property Groups, Dave also is experienced in intellectual property disputes and the defense of companies in class action litigation, as well as the prosecution and defense of commercial contract, fraud, and fiduciary claims. Dave has represented clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and has been chosen as an independent arbitrator and as a mediator.
