Mr. Fuchs's practice areas include employment law and all aspects of employment litigation, including employment discrimination litigation, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour compliance and litigation. He has recently served on the Board and as president of the Georgia Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Fuchs also handles a wide variety of general business and civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Fuchs is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Florida and Massachusetts, including many federal district and appellate courts. Prior to joining Schulten Ward & Turner, LLP in 2003, Mr. Fuchs was a partner in a small Atlanta law firm. In 2011, Mr. Fuchs became an arbitrator and mediator and is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
