Attorney Dylan Wilbanks provides litigation and transactional services for small businesses and individuals. Located in Commerce, Georgia, the firm represents clients with all of their civil legal needs, including business litigation, fraud/RICO litigation, business creation, real estate closings, construction disputes and debt collection.

After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002, Mr. Wilbanks was the assistant district attorney in the Jackson County District Attorney's Office before joining a firm as a civil trial attorney. Owner of Wilbanks Law Firm, P.C., Mr. Wilbanks now focuses his practice on business litigation and fraud/RICO litigation.

Mr. Wilbanks was included in Atlanta Magazine's Top Young Lawyers in Georgia in 2009 and 2011. During law school, he was awarded the champion of the Keenan's Kids Foundation Closing Argument Competition in 2001 and the J. Ralph Beaird Closing Argument Competition in 2000.

He is also actively involved in community organizations, including currently serving as the president of Commerce Area Business Association, and he is a member of the Jackson County Area Chamber of Commerce.
