Ms. Morgan concentrates her trial practice in two areas: intellectual property law and employment law. Ms. Morgan's intellectual property practice encompasses enforcement and defense of patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights as well as unfair competition and false advertising. Ms Morgan, a registered mediator in Georgia, serves on the International Trademark Association's Panel of Neutrals. Ms. Morgan currently is board certified in Intellectual Property Law by the Florida Bar and previously was board certified in Business Litigation.Ms Morgan's employment law practice encompasses disputes involving individuals and occasionally companies focusing on non-competition issues as well as discrimination in employment or use of public facilities based on age, color, disability, genetics, marital status, national origin, pregnancy, race or sex. Ms. Morgan is also experienced with wage and hour claims for individuals and in a class action. Ms. Morgan is admitted to all federal district courts in Georgia and in Florida, to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and to the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Morgan has tried a variety of cases, including patent, to verdict. Ms. Morgan has handled cases in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Mississippi, Minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Nebraska, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas and the Virgin Islands. Ms. Morgan serves on the board of directors of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Ms Morgan is a past chair of Business Torts for ATLA, now AAJ. Ms. Morgan is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association. She is a noted author and lecturer.
