Profile

Gene Brooks began practice in 1982 in an asbestos litigation lawfirm.  After focusing on asbestos litigation for years, he began to branch out into others of toxic injury.  Since most of his clients were injured while working, Mr. Brooks began pursuing workers' compensation claims for them.  Mr. Brooks' experience in toxic injury then took him into the field of pharmaceutical product liability. Presently, Mr. Brooks represents a number of people who have been injured by defective products including pharmaceuticals.  Since the pharmaceuticals are sometimes misprescribed, Mr. Brooks has also become involved in medical malpractice cases. Brooks Law Firm effectively represents people. Our attorneys and paralegals are easily accessible by phone or email.  We have broad experience in all state and federal trial and appellate courts.  We handle each case individually and will be glad to speak with you about your legal concerns.
