Evan L. Kaine handles personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall incidents and wrongful death. In 2009 he obtained the largest verdict involving a premises liability case in Georgia and has received honors in the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution and pro bono services. He received both his MBA and law degree from Nova Southeastern University. Following, he obtained a Master of Law Letters (LL.M.) from George Washington University School of Law. He serves as a part-time instructor at his undergraduate alma mater, Georgia State University. His memberships include the State Bar of Georgia, The Florida Bar, and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and he practices in both state and federal level courts.
