Evan W. Jones is a civil trial attorney and a founding partner of Ragland & Jones, LLP. His practice focuses primarily on representing victims of medical malpractice and nursing home negligence. A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Jones served in the U.S. Army JAGC and prosecuted many cases in both federal and military courts. During the next eight years, he defended physicians and hospitals in malpractice lawsuits before deciding to represent plaintiffs in such cases. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Frequently, he lectures on medical malpractice and wrongful death matters for legal seminars.
