For more than 30 years, George Reid has focused his practice on the litigation, arbitration, and mediation of complex construction disputes. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of construction and other procurement contracts, subcontracts, construction management agreements, and equipment purchase agreements. This construction claim and contracting experience has related to a wide variety of commercial projects including high-rise office structures, hospitals, hotels, shopping centers, wastewater treatment plants, industrial buildings, hydroelectric plants, and sports arenas. For the last 15 years, Mr. Reid has served extensively as a mediator and arbitrator of construction and other contract disputes.
