Gus McDonald is the area Vice President for the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Gus also has served on the three member panel for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, DUI advocacy committee. Gus is a frequent speaker on both the national and state ICLE programs. Gus has been lead counsel in over 500 criminal cases throughout North Georgia and Metro area of this state. Litigation results are overwhelmingly positive. Gus filed suit against the GBI crime lab over lacking protocol for blood testing in this state and as a result the GBI changed its policies.
