Gus has been lead counsel in over 500 cases throughout North Georgia and Metro area of this state. Litigation results are overwhelmingly positive. Gus filed suit against the GBI crime lab over lacking protocol for blood testing in this state and as a result the GBI changed its policies. July 15, 2011 $3,250,000 Cash SettlementPlaintiff’s husband was killed when his vehicle was struck by another vehicle that was towing a utility trailer loaded with product. When the trailer reached highway speeds, it began to violently sway and the driver lost control and struck the decedent’s vehicle. Plaintiffs filed suit against the driver of the vehicle that lost control and against the person that loaded the trailer and that person’s employer.
