Henry D. ("Hank") Fellows, Jr., is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is an AV-rated trial lawyer. His practice has been devoted to complex business litigation for 27 years. Mr. Fellows represents businesses and executives in shareholder disputes, closely held corporate litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, securities arbitration cases, partnership disputes, restrictive covenant cases, trade secret cases, trademark and trade dress cases, officer and director litigation, age, sex, and race discrimination claims, severance negotiations, and other business and commercial cases. He is the past Chair of the Litigation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and the current Chair of the Courts Committee of the Atlanta Bar Association.
