Profile

Since 1981, Hugh Bell has focused his practice on construction, mediation, arbitration, government, and commercial contracts. He has broad experience in handling construction and commercial contract issues. Hugh is an active neutral and lawyer. He is a member of the panels of Henning Mediation and Arbitration Service and the American Arbitration Association. He trained as a mediator at Resolution Resources, Inc. and the Straus Institute of Pepperdine School of Law. He served as Chair of the Section of Public Contract Law of the American Bar Association and as President of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He was named to the Super Lawyers list in 2004, 2007, and 2008.
