Ira Rachelson is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented a variety of business and construction clients in both asserting and defending claims that arise during the course of their business operations.  Many of these claims involve liens and payment bonds. Ira has significant experience with the issues that confront subcontractors and suppliers.  Ira began his career assisting national clients with their non-competition matters. Ira continues to use his expertise with non-competition issues and his strong litigation background to assist his clients in the preparation of enforceable non-competition and separation agreements and, when necessary, to enforce or defend non-competition claims.
