Jimmy Franklin is founding partner of Franklin, Taulbee, Rushing, Snipes & Marsh, LLC. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech and received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. His practice is focused on civil litigation and mediation. He served as President of the State Bar of Georgia (2001-2002).
