James (Jay) Sadd and his law firm represent individuals and families in serious injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith cases. Jay began his career in a large Atlanta downtown law firm representing insurance companies, but has since devoted the last 18 years of his practice to representing the catastrophically injured and others who are often in serious disputes with the  insurance industry. He holds the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating possible (AV), recognizing the highest level of skill and integrity in the profession. Jay has also been named by Georgia Trend magazine as among Georgia's Legal Elite. Jay lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Laura, and two children.
