Jeffrey B. Bogart is the founding partner of Bogart & Bogart, P.C., a law firm with commitment and compassion. He is a former Assistant District Attorney in New York and Assistant United States Attorney in Atlanta. In addition to litigation, Mr. Bogart is a frequent lecturer and author and was the prime drafter of the Modification of Alimony and Child Support Statute in Georgia. He was featured in Atlanta magazine in an article entitled "Divorce Lawyers of the Rich and Famous." He tried the case of Hall v. Hall as well as State v. Meehan, a murder case in Cobb County, both televised on Court TV. Mr. Bogart has been voted to the Georgia Super Lawyers list annually since 2004 and in 2006 was voted as one of Atlanta's Top 100 Lawyers.Mr Bogart was included as one of  the "Best Lawyers In America" for 2010.
