Profile

For the past 18 years, John has dedicated his practice to the representation of clients who have been seriously injured or killed by someone else's negligence. Areas of practice include automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and elder care fraud. John is a Champion member and former regional Vice-President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and he has served as the Co-Chair of the Civil Justice PAC. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Lawyers Club of Atlanta. In addition to his active practice, John has appeared on television and radio programs to discuss medical negligence and nursing home abuse issues, and he has lectured at Continuing Legal Education seminars.
