Profile

John Watkins has practiced for over twenty-five years, primarily in the field of commerical litigation. He currently concentrates on business litigation (including  trade secret, false advertisng, trade dress, and contractual claims) and insurance coverage matters. He also advises international and domestic clients, particularly manufacturers and distributors, on U.S. legal issues, including product liability and risk management issues, contractual terms and conditions, and non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements. John has spoken at seminars for the Intenational Chamber of Commerce in Munich and the German American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta on product liability and risk management issues. He is also a registered mediator, and has considerable experience in mediation and arbitration.
