He started his career defending claims on behalf of Insurance Companies. He now focuses his career on representing those who have been injured or have lost love ones as a result of an accident.Bob is a former Special Appointed Attorney General (SAAG). Bob served as a SAAG from 1992 until March of 2009. He has tried countless deprivation and termination actions in Juvenile Court. As a result of his efforts, he has been named the Special Appointed Attorney General of the Year. Bob is also active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, Prevent Child Abuse Gainesville and other civic organizations. Verdicts and Settlements:
- Received $700,000 settlement on behalf of client, L.W. LW was 26 years old when he was involved in a severe collision with a tractor-trailer. He was airlifted to Atlanta where he remained in ICU for a period of time. LW was very active and the accident changed is life forever. We worked with economists and other experts to show the impact both emotionally and financially on LW. The case settled at mediation prior to trial. We worked with medical providers to resolve medial liens to maximize the money received by LW.
