Profile
My practice is limited to representing very seriously or fatally injured people and their families. I am presently concentrating mostly on truck and commerical vehicle collision cases and very serious car accident cases, but will take other cases involving catastrophic injuries such as spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, amputations, and other life altering injuries and pain syndromes. I bring a unique background to my preparation and presentation of cases that includes years as a police officer and advanced study of physics, accident reconstruction, engineering and human psychology. In recent years I have engaged in a very deep study of the trucking industry, its practices and the state and federal laws and regulations that apply in commerical vehicle cases. I handle only a few cases at a time so I can focus a lot of personal attention and resources on each case. Nothing sits around in my office. I am very proud of my local and national reputation for achieving exceptional results for my clients.
