Kenneth N. Winkler is a shareholder in Berman Fink Van Horn P.C. Ken’s practice concentrates on representing and counseling employers in all areas of employment law. Ken has represented employers in employment litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and the National Labor Relations Board, and he has defended discrimination and harassment claims brought under the spectrum of employment laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the American With Disabilities Act (ADA) and other federal, state and local statutes and regulations. Ken’s litigation practice also includes disputes involving non-compete agreements and other competition related matters. Ken is a 1990 graduate of The Ohio State University and obtained his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1993.
