Having been selected to the Georgia Super Lawyer list every year since 2004 and recognized as one of the top 50 women lawyers in Georgia, Linley Jones is a distinguished and successful trial attorney with numerous unique accomplishments in the matters of personal injury and legal malpractice.
As the first woman in the U.S. to be board certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, Ms. Jones' hard work has earned her an *AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Lawyers Directory.
After graduating from the Georgia State University College of Law as a Fuller Callaway Scholar, Ms. Jones was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1992. She opened Linley Jones, P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia, where she continues her work with personal injury and legal malpractice cases.
With over 19 years of experience, Ms. Jones is locally and nationally known for cases involving brain and spinal cord injuries. She is also acknowledged for her advocacy in legal malpractice cases against other attorneys and professionals. In addition, she has written many legal publications and often lectures on these topics. Furthermore, Ms. Jones is a regular on CNN Headline News as a senior legal commentator.
