Profile

Michael L. Goldberg is a partner in the law firm of Fried Rogers Goldberg, LLC. He solely represents victims suffering catastrophic personal injuries or wrongful death in the areas of vehicular accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, constitutional rights, and products liability. He obtained a Political Science degree from Mercer University in 1994 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1997. Michael was named as a Rising Star Super Lawyer by Atlanta Magazine and was recognized as one of the Legal Elite by Georgia Trends in 2007. He is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and has published several articles for the Georgia Bar Journal, the Verdict magazine and AAJ publications. He is the co-author of Understanding Motor Carrier Claims, now in its 2nd edition. He is a member of several civic and legal organizations including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, the Atlanta Bar Association, the DeKalb Bar Association, and the Lawyer's Club of Atlanta, and has served as the President of the North Metro Trial Lawyer's Association (2006-2008), Co-Chair of the Judicial Liason Committee (2002-2006), the YLD Co-Director of Continuing Legal Education (2004), ACYL Board of Directors (2005), ACYL Treasurer (2006), ACYL Secretary (2007), ACYL President-Elect (2008), Barrister with the Lamar Inn of Courts (2000-2002) and faculty at the Kessler Eidson Emory Law School Trial Techniques Program (2002-2007).
