Profile

Scott Berryman has been representing clients involved in divorce, child custody and child support matters since 1991.  He has extensive experience in resolving cases that involve complex and contentious issues, such as difficult to value assets and variable incomes.  He has tried numerous jury and bench trials throughout the State of Georgia and is a skillful advocate both inside and outside of the courtroom.  Most importantly, he understands the needs and concerns of people who are going through divorce and custody disputes, and he provides his clients with the confidence found in knowing that their interests are his priority.  In addition to family law related matters, Scott has represented clients in business and real estate disputes, as well as trust and estate litigation.  His experience and knowledge in these areas help him represent his divorce clients, who are often faced with valuing and untangling their related business and real estate assets.
