Mr. Leonard is a criminal defense lawyer with a heavy emphasis on DUI defense.  He is a partner at the Marietta law firm of Leonard, Rickman & Holloway, P.C.  He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, Georgia Defense of Drinking Drivers, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He is a past president of the Cobb County Bar Association's Criminal Section and is currently an area Vice President of GACDL.  He owns an Intoxilyzer 5000 Breath Analyzer and is certified by the U.S. Department of Transportation as an Evidentiary Breath Alcohol Technician.  He is certified in the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner and Instructor courses.  He has also been trained in forensic blood and urine testing.  He has been trained in the Drug Recognition Expert advanced course.  He is the author of the Georgia DUI Blog (www.gaduilblog.com).
