Bob Rubin has been practicing criminal defense in state and federal courts for 25 years. His practice has involved all areas of criminal law with an emphasis on the representation of individuals accused of crimes against children and also the representation of health care professionals in criminal and licensing board cases. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Bob is a frequent lecturer throughout Georgia and has taught Criminal Litigation at Emory for the past 18 years. Bob is currently the treasurer of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is the past Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. In addition to being named to Georgia Super Lawyers, Bob has been named one of Georgia's Top Lawyers by Georgia Trend and by Ten Leaders Cooperative.
