We are available to assist you in a variety of legal matters but we have an emphasis on criminal defense and DUI defense cases.  Past representations range from federal narcotics and immigration criminal cases to state prosecutions for child molestation, statutory rape, assaults and batteries, narcotics charges, theft and robberies, and DUI and traffic charges.  Sean Black has attended many educational meetings on DUI and criminal defense and has presented at legal seminars on the subject of DUI defense.  He currently serves as Chair of the Georgia Defenders of DUI Drivers.
