Socheat Chea is a solo practitioner whose law firm is based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has practiced exclusively in the area of immigration law since 1992, addressing virtually any type of immigration issue that could arise for a wide range of clients. Mr. Chea has earned national recognition for his legal work in the area of immigration law, and many of his high profile cases have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post and other national and local publications. He has also appeared on A&E's Investigative Reports television show, as well as other national and local media.

Mr. Chea is the past chair of the Atlanta Chapter of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), has served on the AILA's national committees dealing with issues surrounding immigration, and since 2000 has been a speaker and moderator of national AILA seminars. Attorney Socheat Chea is also the past chair of the Arbitration Law Section for the State Bar of Georgia.

The law firm of Socheat Chea P.C. provides legal counsel to immigration clients throughout Atlanta, Georgia, and throughout Duluth, Gwinnett County and surrounding Georgia areas.
